Founded in 1991 by co-directors Brian Maslin and Michael Lambert, Living Props is recognised as the European market leaders in the provision of set dressing, greenery hire and prop hire to film, television, photographic studios and corporate event/parties.

On our 12 acre site we have:

A huge stock of outdoor trees, shrubs and topiary.
Tropical and temperate houses stocked with palms, indoor plants and cacti.
Shade halls housing subtropical plants.
Hardcore area stocked with sand, pebbles and paving slabs.
Large purpose-built buildings housing statues, urns and planters, large stocks of artificial foliage, Christmas trees and decorations.
Workshop for the construction of bespoke props, painting and polycarving.
New, modern office with wi-fi facility.

We have been responsible for dressing and providing greenery hire to a large back catalogue and current film blockbusters, major television dramas, large corporate events, exhibitions and parties.

Sited one mile from Pinewood Studios, we are very close to the M40 and M25 with links to other major routes throughout the UK, within easy reach of London and with our own fleet of vehicles, we provide a proficient transportation service.

With over 20 members of staff, including highly skilled and experienced set dressers (several of whom hold licenses in tree surgery and the use of landscaping vehicles and plant machinery), onsite polysculpting, horticulturists, florists and a friendly and experienced office team, we are sure that we can meet all your needs.
